1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 88fb3 platform ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C") in their entirety. These T&C constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and 88fb3 ("the Operator"). If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These T&C apply to all games, features, promotions, bonuses, and services offered through the Platform. They should be read in conjunction with the 88fb3 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. 88fb3 reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time; continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 88fb3 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88fb3 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process, and 88fb3 will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by 88fb3 or any other gaming operator.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

88fb3 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access most features of the Platform, you must register for a personal account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify 88fb3 promptly of any changes. You may only hold one account per person. If 88fb3 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them.

KYC Verification

88fb3 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any subsequent point that 88fb3 deems necessary — you will be required to submit identity documentation. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. 88fb3 may also request proof of address and, where applicable, proof of source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification will prevent withdrawals and may result in account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 88fb3 will never ask you for your password via chat, SMS, email, or telephone. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is your responsibility. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

88fb3 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for Bangladesh players. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the conditions set out in this section. 88fb3 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all payment data in transit. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods they use are registered in their own name.

Deposits

88fb3 accepts deposits via the following methods available in Bangladesh:

• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Card payments: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by the issuing bank)
• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction. 88fb3 does not charge deposit fees on mobile banking transactions; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal can be processed. 88fb3 will not release funds to an account where identity has not been verified.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the bonus portion of your balance becomes withdrawable. Winnings derived from bonus funds that do not meet wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by 88fb3:

Bonuses are offered at 88fb3's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or replaced at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets to neutralise risk, or using automated betting software — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once, regardless of the number of accounts they attempt to register.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the offer. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited. 88fb3 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 88fb3 Platform are operated in accordance with the individual rules published for each game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a bet. 88fb3 does not accept responsibility for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a dispute over the outcome of a game, the records held by 88fb3's gaming systems shall be deemed the definitive record. 88fb3 employs certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology in all software-based games and live dealing equipment operated by licensed studio providers in all live dealer games. The integrity of all game results is independently verified.

88fb3 reserves the right to void bets and reverse transactions where a technical error, data feed error, or pricing error has resulted in a bet being offered or accepted at incorrect terms. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account. 88fb3 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such errors.

7. Responsible Gaming

88fb3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its players seriously. The Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. Once the session limit is reached, the player will be automatically logged out.
• Reality check: Players may configure periodic reality check reminders that display the duration of their current session and their net gaming result during that session.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fb3 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the Platform, or gain any advantage over other players or the Operator.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime. 88fb3 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 88fb3 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio and video material, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of 88fb3 or its licensed content providers. All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, display, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 88fb3. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88fb3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity, even if 88fb3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

88fb3 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 88fb3 does not warrant that the results obtained from use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable. You assume full responsibility for all risks associated with your use of the Platform.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

88fb3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these T&C by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 88fb3 will not sell or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12. Amendments to These Terms

88fb3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. Where a material change is made to the T&C, 88fb3 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account, or by posting a notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the T&C periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. If you do not agree with any revised T&C, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These T&C shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 88fb3 Platform or these T&C, you should first contact 88fb3 customer support to seek an informal resolution. 88fb3 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
